How do you use Juice Plus+ Control?

  • Dissolve the contents of a sachet with 1-2 glasses of water. Stir well. 

Please Note:

  • Yes, it is supposed to look cloudy even after vigorous stirring :-)
  • For those who have trouble swallowing or if you do not drink enough liquids with the Control, there may be a risk of choking.
If you want positive weight loss results remember to: 

1. Take 1g of glucomannan (which corresponds to one sachet of Control), three times a day before meals (total of 3g/3 sachets per day).
